Hello Tr.Amelia ပါ။ ကိုယ့်ကို အထက်လူကြီးက Meeting Minutes ယူခိုင်းဖူးလား။
Meeting တစ်ခုတက်ပြီး တစ်နာရီလောက် ဆွေးနွေးကြပေမယ့်… နောက်ကျတော့ ဘာဆုံးဖြတ်ခဲ့လဲ ဘယ်သူမှ မမှတ်မိတော့တဲ့ experience ရှိဖူးလား 😅။

ဒါကြောင့် “Meeting Minutes” က အရေးကြီးပါတယ်။
📌 Meeting Minutes ဆိုတာ Meeting တစ်ခုမှာ ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့တာတွေ၊ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်တွေ၊ ဘယ်သူက ဘာလုပ်မလဲဆိုတာတွေကို အတိုချုံး မှတ်တမ်းတင်ထားတာပါ။
Meeting ရဲ့ “memory” လို့တောင် ပြောလို့ရပါတယ်။

📝 Good Meeting Minutes ထဲမှာ ပါသင့်တာတွေကတော့-
• Meeting title
• Date & Time
• Participants names
• Main discussion points
• Decisions made
• Action items
• Deadlines
• Next meeting date တွေပါ။

🎯 Minutes ယူတဲ့အခါ Tips လေးတွေအနေနဲ့-
1️⃣ Meeting မစခင် agenda ကြိုဖတ်ထားပါ။
2️⃣ အရေးကြီးတဲ့ points တွေပဲ မှတ်ပါ။
3️⃣ Short & clear sentences သုံးပါ။
4️⃣ Action items နဲ့ deadline ကို clearly mark လုပ်ပါ။
5️⃣ မရှင်းတာရှိရင် politely ပြန်မေးပါ။

Learning Journal: Multiple Intelligences

American Philosopher Howard Gardner developed ထားတဲ့ multiple intelligences ဆိုတာ က လူတစ်ယောက်ရဲ့ “တော်” တဲ့ အချက်က တစ်ခုမက ရှိနိုင်တယ် ဆိုတဲ့ သဘောပါ။

8 types of Intelligences,
- Linguistics Intelligence @ Word smart
စာရေး၊ စာဖတ်၊ Listening၊ academic writing၊ Language skills တွေပါ

- Logical-mathematical intelligence @ math smart
Critical thinking, Logic, Analysis, Maths, Equations

- Visual-Spatial intelligence @ picture smart
ဒါလေးကိုကြိုက်တယ်။ Art, Drawing, Painting, Real life objects တွေကို တွေ့ရမြင်ရမှ active ဖြစ်သော သူများ။

- Body-kinesthetic intelligence @ body smart
Hands on activities, Physical Activity, Sports, လက်တွေ့လုပ်ရတာကြိုက်သော သူများ

- Musical intelligence @ music smart
Singing, Musical instruments, music 🎵

- Interpersonal intelligence @ people smart
Socializing with people, pair works, group works တွေလုပ်တဲ့နေရာမှာ တော်သော

- Intrapersonal intelligence @ self smart
Self realization, self reflection, self awareness, self decision

သဘာဝနဲ့ ဆိုင်တဲ့ plants, animals တွေကို စိတ်ဝင်စားသော

Multiple intelligences play very significant roles in teaching.

Learning Journey: Day 1 of TESOL

YL အတန်းတွေရဲ့ first day class တွေဆိုရင် icebreaker တွေလုပ်တယ်၊ introduction activity တွေလုပ်တယ်။ Students တွေနဲ့ relationships building လုပ်ရင်း စကားပြောလာအောင် အမျိုးမျိုးလုပ်တယ်။

TESOL day 1 မှာ introduction ဆိုပြီး ခေါ်ခံရတာနဲ့ စကားတွေပျောက် 😭 I don’t even know what I should say 🥹 ခေါင်းထဲမှာတော့ ကျောင်းသားတွေ လုပ်ထားသလို ပြန်လုပ်ခံရတာလို့တွေးမိတယ် 🥲

Day 1 is just orientation and introduction. Nothing’s heavy and everything’s chill. For how I view the assignments, it’s quite similar to how I’ve been doing at the University of the People.

Recommendations တွေအရ အချိန်အများကြီးပေးရတယ်တို့၊ video assignmentsတို့ ရှိတယ်၊ but I feel like these are all manageable. (First day ရဲ့ thought လေး 🤣). Will I be able to manage everything? Or will I change my mindset? I’ll have to wait and see as the class goes on.

Today is a big day for me—it’s officially Day 1 of my Diploma in TESOL! 🎓 Even with 8 years of teaching experience and a Diploma in Teaching English already under my belt, I believe there is always a new strategy to master and a better way to support my students.

ကျွန်တော့်ရဲ့ Teaching Career ကို 2018 ခုနှစ်မှာ Volunteer teacher အနေနဲ့ စတင်ခဲ့တာပါ။ အခုဆိုရင်တော့ International School တစ်ခုမှာ Homeroom ဆရာအဖြစ်ရော၊ Subject ဆရာအဖြစ်ပါ လုပ်ကိုင်နေပြီ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒီ (8) နှစ်တာအတွင်းမှာ သင်ကြားရေးဆိုတာ သင်ရိုးညွှန်းတမ်းတွေထက် ပိုမိုနက်ရှိုင်းပြီး ကလေးတွေနဲ့ ထိတွေ့ဆက်ဆံမှု၊ စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် လေ့လာသင်ယူမှုတွေအပေါ်မှာ မူတည်တယ်ဆိုတာကို ကျွန်တော် သင်ယူခဲ့ရပါတယ်။

ကျွန်တော့်ရဲ့ Teaching Method ကို မျှဝေပေးဖို့ ဒီ Page လေးကို စတင်လိုက်တာပါ။ ဆရာ၊ ဆရာမတွေနဲ့ မိဘတွေအတွက် Young Learner Strategies, Child Psychology & Mindset, Classroom Management, Games & Activities များကိုအမြဲမျှဝေပေးသွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

I am excited to share what I learn during my TESOL journey. Learning openly will help with Growth, that's the Real Experience.
