As our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, including managing our team, developing and implementing operational strategies, and driving growth and profitability. We seek a highly motivated and experienced individual who can lead our team to success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to increase efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee inventory management and purchasing to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Manage our sales and marketing efforts, including developing and implementing promotional campaigns to increase sales.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for the CEO.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in retail operations, preferably in the sportswear industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful operational strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
