Fine Motor Skills යනු කුමක්ද? 🖐️

Fine motor skills (සියුම් මෝටර් කුසලතා) කියන්නේ, ඔබේ අත්වල සහ ඇඟිලිවල ඇති කුඩා මාංශ පේශි භාවිත කරමින්, නිරවද්‍ය හා සම්බන්ධීකරණ චලනයන් සිදු කිරීමේ හැකියාවයි.
සරලව කිව්වොත්, මේවා තමයි අපිට කුඩා දේවල් අල්ලා ගැනීමට, හැසිරවීමට, සහ ඒවා සමඟ වැඩ කිරීමට උපකාර වන කුසලතා.

🟠 Fine motor skills භාවිත වන දෛනික කටයුතු කිහිපයක් මෙන්න:

🔺 කතුරකින් කැපීම.
🔺 බොත්තම් දැමීම හෝ සිප් එකක් ඇදීම.
🔺 හැන්දකින් ආහාර ගැනීම.
🔺 කුඩා සෙල්ලම් බඩු හැසිරවීම (උදා: Building box).
🔺 පබළු නූලකට ඇමිණීම.

♣️ ළමයින්ගේ වර්ධනයේදී සහ වැඩිහිටි ජීවිතයේදී මේවා ඉතාම අත්‍යවශ්‍ය වෙනවා. මෙම කුසලතා දියුණු වීමෙන්, දරුවන්ට පාසල් කටයුතු (ලිවීම, ඇඳීම) සහ ස්වාධීන දෛනික කටයුතු (ඇඳුම් ඇඳීම, ආහාර ගැනීම) පහසුවෙන් කරගෙන යාමට හැකි වෙනවා

දරුවන්ට fine motor skills දියුණු කරන්න පුළුවන් ප්‍රායෝගික ක්‍රම සහ ක්‍රීඩා කිහිපයක් මෙන්න.
මේ ක්‍රියාකාරකම් විනෝදජනක වන අතරම, ඔවුන්ගේ කුඩා මාංශ පේශි ශක්තිමත් කිරීමට සහ අත්-ඇස් සම්බන්ධීකරණය (hand-eye coordination) වැඩි දියුණු කිරීමට උපකාරී වෙනවා.

ළමුන්ගේ Fine Motor Skills දියුණු කරන ක්‍රම ✨

1. ඇඟිලිවල ශක්තිය වැඩි දියුණු කිරීම (Grip Strength)

✳️ ක්ලේ (Clay) හෝ ප්ලාස්ටිසීන් (Playdough) සමඟ සෙල්ලම් කිරීම: ඒවා ඇනීම, රෝල් කිරීම, සහ කුඩා හැඩතල කැපීම.
✳️ වතුර ඉසින යන්ත්‍ර (Spray Bottles) භාවිත කිරීම: වතුර ඉසින එකක් තද කිරීමෙන් ඇඟිලිවලට හොඳ ව්‍යායාමයක් ලැබෙනවා.
✳️ බේසමක වතුර මිරිකීම: ස්පොන්ජ් හෝ කුඩා රෙදි කැබලි වතුරේ පොඟවා මිරිකීම.

2. පින්සර් ග්‍රහණය (Pincer Grasp) පුහුණු කිරීම

✳️ කුඩා අයිතම වර්ග කිරීම: බෝංචි, පබළු, හෝ කුඩා ඇට වර්ග ඇඟිලි දෙකකින් (දබරැඟිල්ල සහ මහපටැඟිල්ල) ගෙන පෙට්ටියකට දැමීම.
✳️ ක්ලිප් භාවිත කිරීම: ඇඳුම් අල්ලන ක්ලිප් (Pegs) ලණුවක හෝ කාඩ්බෝඩ් එකක ගැසීම සහ ඉවත් කිරීම.
✳️ ස්ටික්කර (Stickers) ඇලවීම සහ ඉවත් කිරීම: කුඩා ස්ටික්කර පත්තරයකින් ප්‍රවේශමෙන් ගලවා වෙනත් තැනක ඇලවීම.

3. අත්-ඇස් සම්බන්ධීකරණය (Hand-Eye Coordination)

✳️ කතුරෙන් කැපීම: ආරක්ෂිත ළමා කතුරක් භාවිතයෙන් සරල රේඛා සහ හැඩතල කඩදාසියක කැපීම පුහුණු කිරීම.
✳️ නූල් ඇදීම (Stringing): විශාල පබළු හෝ මැකරෝනි නූලක හෝ ලණුවක ඇමිණීම.
✳️ Building box හෝ කුට්ටි එකලස් කිරීම: කුඩා ගොඩනැගිලි කුට්ටි නිවැරදිව තබා ගොඩනැගිලි තැනීම.

4. දෛනික ජීවිත කුසලතා (Self-Help Skills)

✳️ ඇඳුම් ඇඳීම: තනියම බොත්තම් දැමීමට, සිප් වැසීමට/ඇරීමට, සහ සපත්තු ලේස් බැඳීමට උදව් කිරීම.
✳️ ආහාර ගැනීම: හැන්දක් සහ ගෑරුප්පුවක් නිවැරදිව අල්ලාගෙන ආහාර ගැනීමට දිරිමත් කිරීම.
✳️ දත් මැදීම: තනියම දත් මදින්නට ඉඩ දීම.

මෙම ක්‍රියාකාරකම් කරන විට, දරුවාට විනෝදජනක වාතාවරණයක් ලබා දීම සහ ඔහුට උදව් අවශ්‍ය වන අවස්ථාවලදී සහාය වීම ඉතා වැදගත්. කිසිවිටෙකත් බල කිරීම හෝ අධික ලෙස පීඩනය යෙදීම සුදුසු නැහැ.

‼️ අවුරුදු 1-2 වයස් කාණ්ඩයේදී දරුවාට ගිලීමට හැකි තරම් කුඩා කිසිදු වස්තුවක් (choking hazards) නොදීමට වග බලා ගන්න. සියලුම ක්‍රීඩා වැඩිහිටි අධීක්ෂණය යටතේ සිදු විය යුතුය.
