🥭 Mango Juice Recipe
Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
2 large ripe mangoes (sweet variety like Alphonso or Kesar is best)
1½ cups cold water (or chilled milk for creamy texture)
2–3 tablespoons sugar or honey (optional, depending on sweetness)
1–2 teaspoons lemon juice (to balance sweetness)
Ice cubes (as needed)
Instructions
Prepare the Mangoes
Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh away from the seed.
Chop into small pieces.
Blend
Add the mango pieces to a blender.
Pour in cold water (or milk if you want mango milkshake style).
Add sugar/honey and lemon juice.
Process
Blend until completely smooth and thick.
If too thick, add a little more cold water.
Strain (Optional)
Strain the juice through a fine sieve if you want it extra smooth.
Serve
Pour into chilled glasses over ice cubes.
Garnish with a slice of mango or mint leaf.
Tips
For a tropical twist, add a splash of orange juice or pineapple juice.
If using very sweet mangoes, skip the sugar.
Freeze mango pieces beforehand for an extra cold juice without needing ice.
