Another little project to work on my patience through leather carving. 😅

One of my customers asked me to make a barrel horse rider on an Apple Watch band. And let me tell you… tiny is definitely the key word here. 😂

Every little detail has to be carved so carefully. I’m taking my swivel knife and slowly working my way around the horse, the rider, and all those tiny little lines.

There’s really no room to rush this one. One wrong cut, and there’s no going back.

But honestly, that’s what I love about leather carving. It makes me slow down, take a breath, and just focus on the next cut.

It’s definitely challenging… but watching this tiny piece of leather slowly come to life makes it all worth it.

And I think this little project is teaching me a little more patience along the way. 🤎🐎
