Important Notice Regarding Response Delays
We sincerely apologize for the recent delays in responding to emails and messages.

Thank you for your continued support.
We will be out of the office for the Japanese National Holidays from May 2 to May 6, 2026.
We will resume normal operations on Thursday, May 7th.

・New Orders: You can still place orders on our website. We will send you an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) email as soon as we return.
・Existing Orders & Inquiries: We are unable to process orders or respond to emails during the holiday. We will get back to you as quickly as possible starting May 7th.
・Refunds: Standard refund processing is currently paused. All pending refunds will be processed within one week of our return.
・Returned Parcels: If your package was returned to us, we will contact you after the holiday to arrange re-shipping via FedEx, DHL, or UPS.
