The third eye symbolizes a "third perspective."
It represents the ability to see things from multiple angles and perspectives, discerning their essence without being bound by dualistic thinking such as good and evil, right and wrong.
It signifies not judging solely on appearances or common sense, but using imagination and intuition to see the world with one's own eyes.
This is the message embedded in Art Ju**ie's three-eyed character.
"See the world more freely with a third eye."
This is not merely a character design; it also reflects my own way of life, "Shinichiro Kato."
I make my passion my work, not being swayed by societal "norms" or "shoulds," but judging things based on my own values. And I try to see things from multiple angles, rather than making assumptions from a single perspective.
The third eye is not just a design element; it's also a mark that symbolizes Art Ju**ie's worldview itself.
【三つ目キャラの意味】
三つ目は「第三の視点」の象徴。
善悪や正解・不正解といった二元論にとらわれず、物事を多面的・立体的に見て本質を見抜く力を表しています。
見た目や常識だけで判断せず、想像力や直感を働かせ、自分自身の目で世界を見る。
アートジャンキーの三つ目キャラクターには、そんなメッセージが込められています。
「第三の目で、世界をもっと自由に見る。」
は単なるキャラクター設定ではなく、私「カトウシンイチロウ」自身の生き方にも重なっています。
好きなことを仕事にして、世間の「普通」や「こうあるべき」に流されず、自分の価値観で判断する。そして物事を一方向から決めつけず、多面的に見ようとする。
