The parents of Kendrick Johnson have filed a $10 billion federal lawsuit against the court system, claiming it is protecting those they believe are responsible for their son’s death.

Kenneth and Jacquelyn Johnson allege that federal judges in the Northern District of Georgia joined an ongoing conspiracy to cover up what they describe as the 2013 “premeditated murder” of the Valdosta teenager. The lawsuit, filed March 3, 2026, names Chief Judge Leigh Martin May, Judge Sarah Elisabeth Geraghty, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia as defendants.

The Johnsons claim these judges acted to assist local and state authorities in what they describe as a “racketeering influenced corrupt organization” aimed at hiding the truth about their son’s death.

Kendrick Johnson was found dead inside a rolled-up gym mat at Lowndes County High School in January 2013. Authorities ruled the death accidental.

Huey P. Newton was a man who spent his life fighting for a revolution, only to be consumed by the very streets he tried to save.

Oakland.

A sidewalk in West Oakland.
The sun was coming up, but for Huey, it was the end.

Huey P. Newton lay on the ground. He had been shot. He was 47 years old.

The man who had co-founded the Black Panther Party, the man who had stood on the steps of the California State Capitol with a shotgun and a law book, was dying just blocks away from where the movement began.

He had once been the symbol of Black Power.

He had survived prison. He had survived the FBI’s COINTELPRO program, which was designed specifically to dismantle him and his party. He had survived years of being the "Most Wanted" man in the eyes of a system that feared his mind as much as his rhetoric.

He had created free breakfast programs for children and medical clinics for the poor.
But the years of constant war had left deep scars.

By 1989, the Black Panther Party was gone. The charismatic leader who had earned a PhD and inspired a generation was struggling with the weight of his own demons and the toll of addiction.

The man who had once faced down the government was now facing the shadows of his own community.

In the early morning hours of August 22, 1989, Huey was confronted by a young man a member of a street gang that hadn't even existed when the Panthers were at their peak.

Three shots rang out.

He died in the same neighborhood where he had once organized patrols to protect the people from police brutality.

Outside that hospital, the world remembered the revolutionary. They remembered the black beret, the leather jacket, and the "Ten-Point Program." They remembered the man who told a generation that they had a right to self-defense and a right to be free.

He was a complicated hero. He was a man of immense intellect and tragic flaws. He was a human being caught in the crosshairs of history.

They tried to label him a thug.
They tried to erase his contributions.
They failed.

Huey P. Newton didn't die a king.
But he planted the seeds of a pride that never stopped growing.

And the power still belongs to the people.

Yup I don’t give a Rats ass who this offends, but I stand by it. War is coming, sooner or later! You American Government!! You are all a bunch of cowards! You raised the cost of living so high that both parents are always at work, rather than spending time with their children (single parents stand no chance)😥. You took God out of schools. Parents were told 'No you can't discipline your kids'. Well, now most of those kids are rude and out of control. You shall reap what you sow! We have taken a whole generation and turned them into selfish, entitled brats who have no respect for people, property or authority! You deem people with terminal illnesses and some with only a few months to live…fit for work!!! You allow our veterans of war to go homeless and hungry but give out millions to foreign aid!!! You save drug addicts over and over again but refuse to give free diabetic supplies to those who need them to stay alive. You bend over backwards to be politically correct, too scared to say enough is enough, in case you offend someone. You put the retirement age up so people must work until they drop. You take care of prisoners and give them everything under the sun (food, medical, education, representation, money, rehabilitation) yet you cause the elderly, those that have paid their debt to society and their families, to go broke caring for them either at home or in a nursing home... THINGS NEED TO CHANGE! Big time!!
Copy & paste if you have the guts!
I’m betting most of my friends have the guts.
