THE KEKE STORY 😂🌹

This morning started like every other morning.

One of my customers dressed up, stepped out, and entered a keke to go about her day.

No special plans. No intention to impress anybody.

Just a normal day.

A few minutes into the journey, the man sitting nearby couldn't help himself.

"Excuse me," he said.

My customer looked up, wondering if she had dropped something.

Then came the unexpected question:

"What perfume are you wearing?"

The fragrance had reached him before the conversation did.

And honestly, that's what I love about perfumes.

Happy new month family

Yesterday night around 11pm, I heard a knock on my door.

At first I ignored it because who visits somebody by that time?

The knock came again.

“Naomi please open the door…”

Omo… my heart skipped.

The voice sounded familiar but I couldn’t place it immediately.

My roommate was already sleeping so I quietly carried my phone torch and moved closer to the door.

“Who is there?”

“It’s me…”

Me ke?
Who be me?

The next thing I heard was:
“Please I just need 5 minutes”

At this point my village people have already assembled in my head.

I slowly opened the door and almost screamed.

It was my secondary school ex.

This guy disappeared 3 years ago after telling me he wanted to “focus on his future”.

Now he appeared at my lodge looking fresh, carrying one black nylon and smiling like Nigerian economy is stable.

I first looked left and right to make sure nobody was watching.

“Why are you here?”

This boy smiled and said:
“I came to apologize.”

By 11pm???

He entered and sat down like person that pays my rent.

Then he brought out a small cake from the nylon.

Omo… at this point confusion hold me.

He said:
“I saw your Facebook post yesterday… you looked unhappy.”

Ahhh.
So men do read posts?

I didn’t even know what to say again.

Then this boy suddenly said:
“You still love perfumes?”

My ears stood up immediately 😭

He brought out one tiny perfume bottle from his bag and said:
“I remembered how you always loved smelling nice.”

I collected it with pride until I checked the bottle properly.

Tell me why this criminal brought one small roadside perfume that will disappear before opening gate?

I just smiled painfully.

Because after using long-lasting oils from Omi’s Perfumery, how do you expect me to return to suffering?

Even my spirit has standards now 😭

The funniest part?

After talking for almost one hour, this boy suddenly said:
“I’m actually engaged now… I just wanted us to make peace.”

God when?

That’s how somebody’s future husband came to disturb my peace by 11pm.

Men are honestly very talented.

Chinedu was already having a terrible day 😭

His boss embarrassed him at work.
Fuel finished in traffic.
Even the girl he liked left his message on seen 👀

So after work, he entered a small eatery to buy food and head home quietly.

While waiting for his order, one lady sitting close by suddenly turned and said,

“Excuse me… are you the owner of Omiperfumery?” 😭

Chinedu almost dropped his phone.

“Why?” he asked immediately.

The lady smiled.

“Because no normal person smells THIS good without buying from Omiperfumery 😂”

At that point, my guy forgot all his problems instantly 😭✨
