Dal baati & Chorma - Maharaja Thali... The authentic Rajasthan cusine...

This has been an inseparable part of my road trips to Rajasthan...

The best part is that the baati and dal are on an unlimited supply on in most of the restaurants... This is an incredible way of satisfying the guests in the tummy as well as heart 😍

Tribal kids, a boy and a girl....

The girl was inquisitive and curious on my arrival near their hut but the boy was a bit territorial ... He literally tried to chase me away with the stick...

To me that was immense bravery ... The little interaction with the folks was clarified one thing, they need upliftment and modernization while ensuring that their culture is well preserved
