SAND RING WITH NUTS BY GUEST
Ingredients for 12 pieces with a diameter of 10 cm:
200 g of butter
125 g of sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
375 g flour
100 g of peanuts
1 egg white for lubricating the rings
Composition
Beat butter with normal and vanilla sugar until creamy consistency.
Add the egg and whisk again. Add the sifted flour with baking powder and salt and knead the dough.
We form a disc from the test, wrap it in a film and put it in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
While the dough cools, fry peanuts - in a frying pan or in the oven (5-7 minutes at 200 degrees). We cut not very finely with a knife.
We take out the dough from the refrigerator, remove the film and roll it into a layer 6-7 mm thick. With the notch, we cut out the biscuits, in the center we cut out the hole (I cut out the mold for the tartlet and the back end of the standard confectionery nozzle).
Lubricate the rings with a lightly whipped protein and put the oiled side in a plate with nuts.
Put it on the baking tray.
We send to the preheated to 190 degrees oven and bake for 15 minutes.
