We could not be more proud of our Roscommon Rose Rebecca Collins 🧡

Our journey with Rebecca started back in March when I returned to the judging panel with fellow judge Brian Geraghty and head judge and former Rose (always a rose!) Nuala Cahill for the Roscommon Rose selection night.

It was a lovely experience but not an easy one when you have so many amazing talented girls to choose from who would all represent their county so well. 💙💛

From the minute we chose Rebecca, myself and the other two judges made the decision to travel to Tralee to support our fabulous Rose. The pride and admiration we have for Rebecca cannot be measured.

Her selection dress had lovely big pink flowers on it and I immediately thought her stage dress should feature big voluminous flowers also! Rebecca loved the idea and we initially decided to go for a similar pink. The lovely .yvonne from Roscommon Rose suggested the gorgeous bright orange satin twill and we all loved it! 🧡
Myself and Rebecca thought it’d be lovely to work with her Home Economic students from Our Lady’s Bower on the petals- we had so much fun creating the big blooms lined in a shimmery pink and gold fabric
We worked with The Dessy Group New York on one of their new designs for this beautiful colour Portofino Orange 🍊
This colour and neckline is now available in the Dessy bridesmaids collection from The One I Love, Ballinlough!

And to Rebecca’s lovely parents Fiona Collins and Martin who have done such a wonderful job raising three beautiful intelligent young adults, it’s no surprise Rebecca turned out so graceful and such a pleasure to be around ❤️

I’ll be doing another post on Rebecca’s gorgeous dresses, but for now, I owe you all a huge thank you for your support, our inbox is spilling over with best wishes and lovely messages for our Rose 🥰
