Avon Ireland has been recognised for its achievements both internally and externally and beauty journalists regularly put the spotlight on Avon’s innovation and smart value. As a further sign of our commitment to women, Avon Ireland is an active participant in two important global programmes, the Avon Breast Cancer Crusade and Speak Out Against Domestic Violence. As the company celebrates its global 125th anniversary, local highlights include an award in 2006 from the Direct Selling Association of Ireland for the Most Inspirational Direct Selling Company in the country. And in 2008, being highly commended in a national awards programme Business to Arts for sponsorship of a groundbreaking piece of theatre called Unravelling the Ribbon based on the experiences of women with breast cancer.
