Kuma Bikes an alternative Electric Bike
KUMA BIKES was set up in Ireland in 2018 to bring a new style of Electric Bike to the Irish market. With traffic in Ireland becoming a huge problem we wanted to deliver a bike that would be different from your standard electric bicycle. We wanted to offer something that would appeal to people who would not normally consider an electric bike. We really believe that E bikes or Electric bicycles are the solution to Ireland's current transport problem and rising insurance costs.
We are based in Ballycoolin in Dublin 15 where we have a show room and warehouse for our bikes and spare parts. We also have full workshop facilities to service and fix any problems you may have.

Kuma Bikes is an Irish e-Bike company based in Ballycoolin Dublin 15. We design and manufacture our own e-Bikes and sell to retailers and customers all over Europe.
The e-Bike industry is an exciting and growing business and as we now move to focus on exporting to Europe and America we require someone to focus on our UK and Ireland retail sales. We are a fast-growing business and there would be an opportunity to grow in the role.
Ideally the candidate will have at least 1 years experience in a similar role. A passion for cycling or experience in the cycling industry would be an advantage also.
The candidate should be well presented, have a good telephone manner, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and be helpful and friendly. A driver's license would also be a great help.
The role will involve the following
Handling retail customers emails and calls
Handling quotations and invoicing for the bike-to-work scheme and for general sales
Communicating with our assembly team to insure bikes are ready for orders
Showing customers the bike features and handling occasional test rides
Assisting in the production of material for our advertising and social media campaigns
Salary will depend on qualifications and experience

Full-time Bike Mechanic Required. Full drivers license preferred but not necessary.
Experience with Bike assembly, repair and servicing needed.
Kuma Bikes is an Irish e-bike manufacturer and ideally, we would like someone who is keen to learn and grow with the business and move onto other roles in the future.
The position is 5 days per week but can be flexible on days and hours.
Our new S range of low step e-Bikes is launching soon. With 100km of range and front and rear racks as standard.

The same integrated display as before and now with 500wh removable samsung batteries on both frames giving 100+km of range. The New M1 has a Gates carbon belt drive and Cvt enviolo transmission as standard. Exciting times ahead !
