I started this page to share with you my natural handmade soaps! All my soaps are handmade using the cold process method, using a base from olive oil and coconut oil, and sodium hydroxide.. we need this because without it we dont get soap.simple as that. It started off with soap, and then I quickly developed a passion for making other natural skin care products. Since then, I have hardly been able

to stop..its become a very addictive hobby! I love what Im doing at the moment and I have to say that Im really pleased with my results, and Ive got tons of new ideas in store :) Im just getting familiar with this page myself, and at the moment Im relying on my beloved iphone 3...doesnt even have a flash...!! Its by no means perfect, sorry about the poor quality pics, but this will soon change ;) Helena

They are high in calcium, rich with iron, packed full of antioxidants, contain more protein than spinach, and full of multivitamins, A C B1 B2 B6 and vitamin E 😀

Harvested from my back garden today-in the making:
Dandelion infused oil( that's why I'm drying half the petals)
Dandelion cordial( I just added some lemon zest and boiled it up, now I'll let it steep overnight before finishing..watch this space :D

I added sweet orange and ylang ylang essential oils....AND a soap nut shampoo, here I added rosemary lavender and lemon essential oils :D..a nice little experiment!
and now, the best bit, shower time!!!!!

I wanted to make something straight away with my soap nuts! here I am boiling them up in some water :)

I ran out of my favourite homemade deodorant, and quickly made some more this morning! I started using this about 4 or 5 months ago, and not once have I looked back or even thought of buying a commercial one! I don't have fancier jars, but this will do just fine for my personal use ;)
