You don’t have to remove your Sansevieria from the pot to get a new plant. Brush away soil near the base until you see where the pup joins the mother rhizome. With a sterilized blade, cut the connection underground and check the pup has roots. Take it out, let the wound dry for 1-2 days to prevent rot, then repot in a small container with drainage and cactus mix. Place in bright, indirect light and skip watering for a week to let it heal. It’ll grow roots first, then push new leaves. Tried this method before? Save this for your next snake plant pup!
