Erma Rabita graduated from Atma Jaya University majoring in law and continue her second degree majoring in notary. In the beginning, Eight was made by order. Since 2007 Eight collections have been readily accessible and sold at Alun–Alun, Grand Indonesia. She then opened her own store, Abacus, in 2009. This outlet is located at Level One Area- East Mall, Grand Indonesia. Curr

ently, Eight product comprises of two labels, namely Eight, a casual collection using synthetic leather, and Eight Limited, a premium collection, handcrafted from genuine leather. In 2010 Eight participated in Jakarta Fashion Week under Level One Project. In February 2012 Eight also partipated in Indonesia Fashion Week organized by APPMI at Jakarta Convention Centre.
