【紅酒小知識】

通常來說，紅酒應該在室溫下保存，然而這僅適用於室溫不超過18℃（64℉）。而一些像黑皮諾(Pinot Noir)這樣酒體輕盈紅酒，是可以在低溫下飲用的，所以若是天氣悶熱或者您比較喜歡冰涼口感，那麼可以在飲用前先放入冰箱中冷藏一會兒。
白葡萄酒需要冷藏後飲用，但千萬不能過度。因為過度冷藏會破壞酒原有的香味和口味。

起泡酒適合儲藏於8℃到10℃（46℉到50℉）之間
白葡萄酒適合儲藏於8℃到12℃（46℉到54℉）之間。
紅葡萄酒適合儲藏於15℃到20℃（59℉到68℉）之間。

1. Appellation Pauillac Controlee
The name of the A.O.C. (Appellation d'Origine Controlee) wine-growing region, district, or village to which the wine is entitled according to how it was produced. For example, a wine from the Pauillac district would be labeled "Appellation Pauillac Controlee."
