Our merchandises are directly imported from original manufacturer and freelance dealers in Europe. They are not grade A top merchandise (out take merchandises/ sample merchandises which may not be qualified/verified as top as the condition at the flagship store merchandise.). We are specific about that our merchandises are 100% original from production to materials used. They
are as what they are and we trust our partner in Europe. However, we believe there will be variations between the in-take merchandise and out-take merchandise. Therefore, we are not responsible for any infringement property right issue if there any dispute over the originality of the merchandises. We use SF express to make in person delivery. Tracking number will be provided once payment made. It shall shipped out within 72 working hours and shall arrive to you home within 48 working hours. ( critical weather condition shall delay the delivery). About refund
Return and refund ( except pre-order ) and exchange are accepted when merchandises are purchased at original price under un-used conditions (original packaging and tags remain un-moved)
About Pre-order
Our pre-order offer is very popular among customers. It offers further discount to customers on the same products which are ready to sell. 20% deposit are required and it is non-refundable except items are fail to arrive to Hong Kong (full refund is applicable); the items are not fit for selling; or, damage caused by deliver. In these cases, exchange is applicable. About resell
We offer maximum 70% of the invoiced value to merchandises sold by us. Finally value is subject to the conditions and the popularity of the items (at that moment) in the market. The better of the above the higher the value shall be. ( T&C applies )
