6. Customer Service:
**Please check through the merchandises once you receive the parcel and email us the photos as long as you found the defects on garment. Chole Pazzo would discuss with you about the details and how to return if needed. Any return/claim 2days after parcel receipt wouldn’t be accepted. For the Ladies’ jeans/pants/shorts/overall,---
*we would allow one shot exchange in case you’re not really fit in the pants via local orders. This is the consideration that the Sharpe of Asian Ladies may not be able to pick the right size in online store with a new brands.
*A special offer as we want our customer to enjoy right size jeans/pants/shortsoverall and ladies would exactly know which size to order when they come back next time.
*Customer has to inform the sizing issue within 2days upon parcel receipt (base on the merchandise has not been washed and/or remove hangtag). There would be face to face exchange to confirm that the return pants not being damaged.
*Wouldn’t be able to change the style for the exchange request (Except Chole Pazzo confirmed out of stock)
*This service is only for ladies jeans/ pants/shorts/overall, Not for any other products of Chole Pazzo
Chole Pazzo would not accept of below conditions:
1. Cancel order request after payment has done
2. Could not change styles selected after order confirmation (unless it is confirmed for out of stock)
3. Select wrong size (please try to pick the size according the size chart, if you’re not sure upon the fabrication, you’re welcomed to send the message to check with us)
4. In the case that you don’t like the style or not as what is imagined
5. Photos and actual merchandise would have slightly color different (base on the actual merchandise as final call)
6. There is a bit thread coming off which customer could just cut it off
7. The merchandises has been washed or removed the hangtag

*店主明白亞洲女性大多身型結構會比較難於第一次就可以準確地以尺寸買到合身牛仔褲/西褲/短褲/連身褲, 因為不同品牌及品牌喜用布種均會對所選尺碼有影響
*此服務為的是讓顧客最終可以買到合身的牛仔褲/西褲/短褲/連身褲, 之後再次於本店購物時亦可以肯定需選購之尺碼
*客人必需於收到貨品2日內通知更換尺碼之事宜 (以貨品完全未經水洗及/或拆取掛牌, 店主會安排見面接貨以確認退回之貨品並無任何損壞
*此服務只接受換碼而不能接款式 (除非店主確認已斷貨)
