MindBeauty Company Ltd 是一間創新的多元化企業。創辦人 Joei Lau 在日本定居多年，目到自新冠肺炎疫情爆發以來，一罩難求的無助情景，令她聯想起日本人用口罩的習慣及其抗菌抗病毒技術。Joei 隨即與相關供應商聯繫，並得到多方面的鼎力支持。於2020年2月首家成功引進具抗菌抗病毒效能的纖維加工口罩布料，在香港生產及包装，從而降低成本。目的是希望達到「口罩人人有」！只有安心的生活才能建立健康和真正的「美」。

除開發自家品牌AA99, HIKARI 等外，團隊不斷搜羅本港及世界各地健康美妝精品。
