關於第三方平台合作夥伴款項支付事宜之聲明
我們近日留意到一宗涉及合作夥伴的款項支付事件。根據了解,部分透過第三方內容創作者平台參與 ShopBack 宣傳活動的創作者,在 ShopBack 已向該平台全額支付費用的情況下,仍未收到相關酬勞。
我們十分關注今次事件,在獲悉事件後,我們已立即與該平台的領導層進行嚴正交涉,以確保所有受影響的創作者能盡快收到應得款項。目前,我們已獲得該平台的承諾,保證會向所有創作者發放款項。據了解,該平台亦已個別聯繫受影響人士,交代相關細節。

Statement Regarding Payment Matters Involving Third-Party Platform Partner
We want to address a situation that recently came to our attention. We learned that influencers who worked with ShopBack campaigns through a third-party influencer platform had not yet received their payments from the platform, despite ShopBack having paid the platform in full.
We take this seriously. Upon learning of this, we immediately escalated the matter directly with the platform's leadership to ensure all affected influencers are paid as soon as possible. We have since received assurance from the platform that all influencers will receive their payments, and the platform has reached out to each person individually with details.
To the content creators who collaborated with us: We hear you, and we are sorry this happened. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we will always act to ensure the integrity of our professional collaborations.
