這支瑰夏咖啡來自於柯契爾和格蘭納阿巴亞產區交界處的格拉納處理站，該處理站成立於2014年，由 Israel Degefa 先生負責，處理站所在區域的咖啡種植面積多達700公頃，大部分屬於未開墾地域，土壤肥沃，遮陰樹遍布。
得益於原始雨林肥沃的土壤與充分的遮蔽生長環境，這支埃塞原生瑰夏呈現了更多變的層次感。
後通過人工採手全熟櫻桃果，然後進行高架離地日曬處理，根據天氣狀況不同，進行14-20天的乾燥時長，才有今天進入嘴巴的格拉納莊園日曬瑰夏。

This Geisha coffee comes from the Grana processing station at the junction of the Kochier and Grana Abaya production areas. The processing station was established in 2014 and is headed by Mr. Israel Degefa. The area where the processing station is located has a large coffee planting area. It covers an area of ​​700 hectares, most of which are uncultivated areas with fertile soil and shade trees.
Thanks to the fertile soil and fully sheltered growth environment of the original rainforest, this Ethiopian native Geisha presents a more varied layering.
Afterwards, fully ripe cherry fruits are hand-picked and then sun-dried on an elevated ground. Depending on the weather conditions, the drying time is 14-20 days, and only then can the Grana Manor sun-dried Geisha come into your mouth today.

Hazelnuts, hawthorn, spices, barley tea, molasses. The taste is thin and uncomplicated. The taste of tea is heavy. The acidity of hawthorn fruit is not strong, and the acidity turns sweet quickly. The aftertaste has the aroma of molasses and barley tea.

榛果，山楂，香料，麥茶，糖蜜。口感單薄不複雜茶感重，山楂水果的酸質不強，酸轉甜快速，餘韻有糖蜜甜與麥茶的香氣。

Full City Roast：

After grinding, it has the aroma of bitter chocolate and hazelnuts. After brewing, the coffee has the aroma of some spices in the dark chocolate, the sweetness of dried cherry fruit, rich and mellow taste, rich in oil and very low in acidity, and the coffee is slightly cold aftertaste The rich and mellow chocolate taste turns into a sweet and obvious brown sugar water sweetness.

研磨後有苦巧克力與榛果的香氣，咖啡沖煮後有黑巧克力中露出些許辛香料的香氣，櫻桃水果乾的甜味，口感濃郁香醇有豐富的油酯酸質極低，咖啡稍冷餘韻濃郁香醇的巧克力味轉為甜甜的明顯紅糖水甜。
