From Interns to Impact Makers

On May 10th, we wrapped up another remarkable internship journey at Unilever Ghana—and what a ride it has been!

Over the past two months, our interns didn’t just learn — they immersed themselves, explored, and engaged in hands-on experience. From factory tours and induction programs to capability-building sessions and real functional responsibilities, they remained hands-on, curious, and committed every step of the way.

They contributed meaningfully to high-impact initiatives, including World Oral Health Day (WOHD), International Women’s Day, the Robertsons Lunch, and more — proving that growth happens when young talent is trusted, challenged, and empowered.

At Unilever Ghana, we believe our interns left our walls with more than just knowledge. They walked away with a new perspective, a sense of purpose, and the confidence to shape the future of work.

Last weekend, we partnered with the Dare to Lead Conference at ISSER, University of Ghana, Legon, to inspire and equip the next generation of female leaders. As part of this commitment, we sampled some Unilever products with participants and had our very own Dorinda Bruce-Acquah, Category & Channel Strategy Lead, on the Leadership, Governance, and Advocacy panel, sharing valuable insights.

Available functions:
Marketing, Customer Development, Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal.

  ◦ A genuine passion for the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
  ◦ Strong leadership potential.
  ◦ An independent and driven work ethic, consistently striving for excellence.
  ◦ A resilient spirit with the ability to collaborate as a team player.
  ◦ Current 2nd or 3rd-year students at accredited tertiary institutions in Ghana.
  ◦ We highly encourage applications from qualified females.
