Love your neighbors AS YOU LOVE YOURSELF. We have to love ourselves and we do that by treating ourselves with high regard. I would say treat yourself the way you deserve but some of us don’t know what that feels like. Some of us were taught/shown we didn’t matter and that no parts of us were worth loving. That’s a lie, sis. I love and care about you and we’ve never even met. Be kind to yourself today.
