To confirm and finalise your booking, a non-refundable deposit must be received at least two weeks in advance. The deposit will depend on what your order is. This requirement comes from past experiences where last-minute cancellations or no-shows left me covering costs out of my own pocket, resulting in unnecessary financial loss. Your booking will only be secured once this deposit has cleared, giving us both peace of mind and ensuring arrangements are properly confirmed. This also gives me time to finalize and order everything ensuring it will all arrive in time for your event.

The rest of the payment will be due upon collection/Drop off or alternatively, I am happy to take the payment in full upon booking. Thank you for understanding.
