What "magic" actually looks like behind the scenes: a completely disassembled extruder, a clogged nozzle that chose violence today, and an array of tiny screws currently testing my sanity

​Running a small 3D printing business is 10% watching cool things layer into existence, and 90%:

⚫️ ​Graduating from YouTube University: Officially changing my bio to "Accidental Mechanical Engineer" thanks to 4 AM tutorials on how to clear a catastrophic filament jam. 🎓⚙️

⚫️​ The Art of the Failed Print: Waking up to a beautiful, unintended plastic bird’s nest because the printer decided halfway through that it preferred spaghetti. 🍝

⚫️ ​Machine Maintenance: Praying I don’t have any "leftover parts" when I finally put this puzzle back together.

​Behind every flawless custom order, keychain, or prototype is a mountain of problem-solving, a lot of patience, and a fair amount of aggressive staring at tiny gears.

It takes time, trial, and error, but honestly? We wouldn’t trade it for anything. (Except maybe a nozzle that never clogs. I'd trade a lot for that.)
