Featuring my shakey hands!😅

One of my favourite white chocolate bonbons so far! 😊

This one didn't want to come out the mould...I used to get really upset when this used to happen but now that I know more about the process of chocolate, I now know why it happens and how to prevent it

And heck, when you have looming family members waiting for a 'casualty' bonbon, I guess it's not all bad? 😅🤣

Another chocolate that I've always kept in my menus, it's one of those chocolates that is always satisfying!

Tropical Fusion! 🍍🥭

A burst of the tropics with a tropical pate de fruits combined with a ganache to give a double-punch of flavour, sealed within a white chocolate shell 🍫

The design for this chocolate is one of my favourites using 's Fools Gold and Midnight Galaxy for speckles and truthfully an accidental swipe in my design to create that whoosh effect! I was meant to do a gradient from the Breakfast@ blue but accidentally started colouring a couple fully, so I tried wiping the mould and got this design 🥹

I hope it makes you feel like you're enjoying the peaceful waves of a sandy beach 🏝🏝🏝

How could I ignore this classic of passionfruit pate de fruits and a creamy mango ganache in a dark chocolate shell?

This chocolate was one of the first chocolates I ever did when I started making bonbons 🍫 and I just endlessly keep changing the design!!
