The Rose Boutique is growing.

Over the years, the business has become so much more than where it first started. Weddings will always be a huge part of what I do, but alongside them has grown floral styling, installations, corporate work, TV and commercial projects and so much more.

It feels like the right time for the name to grow with the business too.

So, I’d like to introduce you to Botanic Studio.

This isn’t a completely new business and The Rose Boutique isn’t disappearing overnight. It’s simply the next chapter and a name that better reflects the work I do now and where I want to take things next.

There’s lots more to share over the next few weeks, but for now…

Welcome to Botanic Studio.

Soft, silvery and a little bit different.

This bouquet was all about texture, with a mix of soft white and blush flowers, silvery foliage and those lovely natural seed heads adding a bit of contrast.

I really like working with a limited colour palette like this because it lets all the different shapes and textures do the talking. Finished with trailing ivory ribbon, it had a relaxed, wintery feel without being too traditional.

Definitely one for anyone who loves something elegant, natural and just slightly wild.

I’m totally in love with this spray rose 💗 I think it’s going to be added to my ‘favourites’ list.

For Eva’s wedding flowers I knew I wanted to add a ‘garden style’ rose to her designs and that’s when I discovered ‘Royal Blush’ 💗

One of my favourite parts of designing wedding flowers is getting to know each couple and creating something that’s personal to them.

During the planning process, Eva mentioned that she was hoping to grow some of the flowers for her own wedding. It’s not something that happens very often, so it made this bouquet even more special.

Most of the blooms you can see here were grown by Eva herself, including the beautiful Café au Lait dahlia taking centre stage. She also grew the gorgeous zinnias, cosmos, sweet peas and cornflowers.

My role was to bring everything together into a bouquet that felt natural, romantic and true to the vision we’d been planning together over the last few months.

I think there’s something really lovely about carrying flowers you’ve grown yourself on your wedding day. It adds such a personal touch, and I absolutely loved creating this bouquet for Eva.

A summer refresh for McRobb’s Butchers.

We swapped out the World Cup displays for something full of sunshine, texture and colour. Woven baskets overflowing with beautiful blooms create welcoming shop front installations, that’s sure to catch the eye.

Silk floral displays are one of the simplest ways to brighten a business, make a great first impression and bring a little joy to everyone who walks through the door.

A huge thank you to McRobb’s Butchers for trusting us to keep their shop front looking its best.

If you’d like to give your shopfront, restaurant, office or business a seasonal refresh, we’d love to help.

Soft peach, blush and plenty of candlelight.

Sweet Avalanche and Peach Avalanche roses were the stars of this romantic wedding, paired with scented eucalyptus and delicate seasonal flowers. From the statement table arrangements to the smaller clusters nestled amongst natural wood slices and flickering candles, every detail worked together beautifully.

Warm, relaxed and romantic, with just the right amount of rustic charm. A lovely reminder that wedding flowers do not always need to be overly formal to make an impact.

There is something so special about decorating a church for a wedding.

These beautiful old beams, stone walls and historic features already have so much character, so the flowers do not need to compete with the space. They simply need to enhance it.

For this wedding, we created soft, romantic arrangements in blush, peach and ivory, using plenty of foliage to complement the dark timber. Flowers were designed for the church entrance, the lychgate and the beautiful wooden pillars inside, helping everything feel connected from the moment guests arrived.

When we design church flowers, I can help you decide which areas will make the biggest impact, from statement entrance flowers and pew ends to pedestal arrangements, window ledges and floral designs around existing architectural features. I will also consider how the church flowers can work alongside your bouquets and reception flowers, so the whole day feels beautifully coordinated.

Every church is different, and I love finding ways to decorate these wonderful spaces while still allowing their history and character to shine through.

Planning a church wedding and wondering where flowers would work best? Please get in touch and tell me a little about your plans. I would love to help you create something that feels completely at home in your chosen church.
