The Thought That Counts Welcome to The Thought That Counts, a small personalised gift and greeting card business based in the West Midlands.

What started as a hobby making cards from a Hallmark disc back in the early 90s progressed on to decoupage, rubber stamping and die cutting. Items can be collected or delivered within a 3 mile radius of B26 post code. Goods are sent by 2nd class recorded delivery.
