We have been doing are absolute best to get your orders made and sent out to you as soon as possible.
We sent out a batch yesterday with Royal Mail and anyone else that chose Royal Mail as their delivery option, yours are booked out to be collected on Friday, we cannot send them any sooner as RM are still on strike until Friday.

If you chose the faster shipping option, your order has been made, packaged and will be collected tomorrow. These orders have been booked out on a Priority Express Service.

Please understand that once your order has left us we cannot control how long it takes to get to you, we added the faster shipping option at the checkout for this very reason, we left that choice up to you.

I feel like a broken record at the moment replying to messages and emails asking me where your order is. Every parcel we send is tracked, we don’t send a parcel unless it’s tracked. The tracking number given to you at dispatch is the same number that we use to track your delivery.

I cannot begin to explain how stressful it’s been this year for us and many many others who have been working longer hours and more days in order to complete your orders only to find out that they haven’t arrived as quickly as usual. We have been told that the backlog could take weeks to clear.

I understand your disappointment, I have placed orders myself back in November that are for Christmas and I still don’t have them. It sucks I get it but it’s not our fault.

If your order hasn’t arrived, drop us a message and see if we took a picture of your order before boxing it up. We can send you the picture and you can print it out, add a bow and let the recipient know that it is on its way but delayed.
