A former G&L Guitars employee has shared their story in the wake of speculation surrounding the fate of the firm, whose closure and dissolution has now been quietly confirmed.

Rumors were further fuelled when reports emerged online that G&L was quickly clearing its inventory, and that Fender had bought G&L's intellectual property – including the trademark for the ‘Leo Fender’ name.

Now, Steve Araujo – the frontman of The Bass Hang YouTube channel who worked for G&L for almost a decade – has shed light on the situation, as new court filings confirm that Fender has indeed successfully filed for the ‘Leo Fender’ trademark.

Car was broken into last night in High Wycombe and had a few things stolen that would be great to get back. DM me if you have any insight to there whereabouts:

This unusual baritone version of the Telecaster is new but the owner wanted a few upgrades and a setup, along with an unusual tuning. Upgrades included CTS Pots, a Paper in Oil capacitor and an imperial control plate, which was necessary for the pots as the original was metric.
