Phew! What a scorcher! I hope you are all enjoying a rare sunny Bank Holiday Weekend.

Post office is shut tomorrow (Monday) so all orders will be posted on Tuesday. After that the next post run will be Thursday, so if you are running low ensure your orders are in before mid morning Tuesday. 👍🏼.

It has come to my attention (thank you Vikki and Jo for tagging me 😊) that the latest batch of 35131 white is not quite of the usual high quality. Commenting has been turned off on the relevant post in a memory bear group, so I can’t respond directly. I’m so sorry it’s not meeting the usual standard and I’ve been in touch with the supplier who talks about ‘acceptable variation in manufacturing processes’. I’ve found in the past any quality issues resolve themselves in subsequent batches, so I’m hopeful it’s a one off problem.

Thank you all, for persevering with it and I’ll do my very best to ensure the next delivery is from a different batch. In the meantime, 8700 is plentiful and great for bears, or if you need something stronger 8028 is super supportive. ☺️

It should arrive at the distributor on Monday so will reach me about Wednesday. I'm sorry the dates keeps shifting but I can only go on the information I'm told.

Without a doubt a good woven fusible interfacing makes a huge difference to the result if you are making memory bears. The two white bears are made solely from interfacing (8700 one the left, and 8028 on the right), and demonstrate how robust the interfacings are, and the structure and support they can give your fabrics. Easier to sew, non stretch, better more professional results. What’s not to like? 😊
