Is it really only March? 🫠

Not so much life lessons...more of what life wants you to figure out whether you like it or not. 😅

What are yours? 👇🏻

It's a YES from me! 🙋🏻‍♀️

Some days, I kind of wish I could get engaged all over again - it would mean I'd get to design and wear more rings like this 👆🏻✨

It's a platinum and diamond Dune ring we created for our client's surprise proposal. ♥️

But don't worry husband, I'm not going anywhere. 😘☺️

(Seriously though...a different engagement ring for each day of the week, now wouldn't that be the dream?! 💭)

Not all ring stacks are created equal ✨

I do love a good stack. A bit of texture, a bit of shine, the odd pop of colour… basically jewellery’s version of “I’ll just add one more thing” until suddenly you’re wearing five rings and calling it a look.

The nice thing is these all work on their own too — but they definitely enjoy each other’s company.

These are everyday rings, not the “kept in a box waiting for an occasion that never comes” kind.

🎶 These Are A Few Of My Favourite Rings 🎶 - sang in Julie Andrews style from The Sound Of Music.

FUN FACT👉🏻: Pictures of rings take up approximately 90% of my camera role (the other 8% is the cat and remaining 2% are the kids) so you could say I'm *slightly* obsessed with them 🤷🏻‍♀️

Which one is your favourite? 💕

When my clients couldn't stop looking at them, I knew it was a good sign. ✨

These two remodelled rings were collected from the workshop yesterday, and instead of shaking hands when they got up to leave, we hugged instead. 🧡

Because this is what it means to make a long-considered decision: to allow someone to deconstruct and transform your parents' wedding and engagement rings into pieces that feel more you, but still carry with them the sentiment and meaning that is so important.

She didn't get it until the 27th.

Her mum couldn’t wait to tell me.

“ I don’t think I’ve ever seen a design more stunning… she will treasure it always.”

And you can see how this ring started out. The three-diamond ring was always destined to be her daughter's, waiting quietly for her 21st birthday.

And somewhere between old gold, new beginnings, and a Christmas train home from Birmingham — a ring became her daughter's ring. Her style. And something to wear forever ✨

This is why remodelling isn’t about jewellery.

It’s about stories finding a new shape.

One of the final makes of 2025 👆🏻✨

I've just closed the door on the workshop for the final time this year and as I left I had to pinch myself as I can't believe it's really been 2 years since I got the keys to our new studio space. 🤯 I love it there and I love the girls I get to work with. 🌟💛

Running a jewellery business can have its scary moments, but I wouldn't change it for the world ....ok, maybe if there could be another side room with fluffy kittens in it to pop in and cuddle throughout the day, I'd be fine with that. But other than that, I've got it pretty good.👌🏻

See you in 2026 💕

It’s been a bit quiet on here lately… but not because I’ve run off to live in a cabin and whittle rings out of twigs (tempting, though).

Truth is, it’s been non-stop behind the scenes — commissions, Christmas orders, tea breaks, and wondering how we’ve accumulated quite so many tiny drill bits.

This beauty is one of my favourite remodels from the past few months — a complete glow-up for some much-loved heirloom pieces. And the kind of job that makes me remember why I love doing what I do.

I reckon this might be my last post of 2025 (unless I get a sudden burst of social media energy fuelled by mince pies), so just a little note to say thank you for sticking around — even when I go quiet.

Wishing you a calm end to the year, some sparkle under the tree, and absolutely no missing tape when you go to wrap presents 🎁✨

Love,
Kate x

Contemporary with an Art Deco twist ✨

A beautiful aquamarine coloured stone that turned out to be glass still made the grade in this gold Dune pendant.

Neither my client or I cared that it was 'just' glass out of an old brooch - it was too lovely *not* to use. 👉🏻 Swipe to see how it started off

Although my books are full for this year, I'm now taking on commissions for 2026.

So let me ask you this...👇🏻

What pieces have you got lurking on the bottom of your knicker drawer, in need of some love and attention that could be transformed into your new favourite piece of jewellery in the New Year?

Drop me a message and tell me. ❤️
