First day in Avoriaz and straight down the Swiss Wall (Mur Suisse) on my Burton Custom X — treated with SNOcoat and a prototype performance blend we’re currently testing ❄️🔥

This is exactly where coatings and waxes get exposed: steep pitch, chopped-up moguls, changing snow and zero margin for drag. If glide drops or consistency fades, you feel it instantly.

The board stayed fast, smooth and predictable top to bottom, letting me focus on line choice instead of fighting the snow — which is exactly what we want from a next-level performance setup.

This wasn’t just a send for the camera — this was real alpine product testing on one of Europe’s most demanding black runs. Indoor slopes are great for development, but the mountain tells the real story.
