The book that changed herbalism forever after Nicholas Culpeper translated herbal remedies from Latin to English for the first time.

c.1835 “The Complete Herbal to which is now added upwards of One Hundred Additional Herbs, With a Display of Their Medicinal and Occult Qualities”. Includes 20 pages of hand-coloured botanical illustrations.

The book includes a comprehensive list of medicinal herbs, indexed to a list of typical illnesses. Culpeper provides proper preparations for different herbs including anemone, dittany, cottonweed, hemlock, beech-tree, to***co, rhubarb, and hundreds more.
