📢Important Info - Saturday's Coronation Celebration Event at Maidenbrook Country Park - the volunteers from West Monkton Parish Council, Cheddon Fitzpaine Parish Council and Maidenbrook Country Park are very much looking forward to seeing you.
⚠️Transport: please can we remind you that there are very limited parking spaces at Maidenbrook Country Park and these are only available for pre-booked cars carrying residents with mobility issues. If you need to come by car due to mobility, you MUST pre-register by emailing Kate [email protected] All other attendees should come on foot/ bike/ scooter etc.
👛Money: we are delighted that wonderful local business PayDough.me is again providing us with card terminals so that there is the option of card payment for any of the food, drink and activity stalls being provided by the organising team, however, individual stall holders in the craft marquee and other entertainment stalls may operate differently, so it would be wise to bring a mixture of card and cash.
🌦Weather: It looks like the Coronation weekend is not due to be the sunniest, however the event will be going ahead regardless and we have marquee wet weather plans to action should the weather not hold up.
🪑Collapsible Chairs/ Picnic Blankets: It would be a good idea to bring these with you.
