January always feels like that awkward in-between week where you’re back in the nursery routine, the Christmas decorations are down, and you’re standing in the kitchen with a cold cup of tea wondering what on earth this year is going to look like.

As a mummy to a 3-year-old, a wife, a dog mum, and a small business owner (aka professional life-juggler), I really wanted a gentle way to pause and set intentions without the pressure of “new year, new me” nonsense.

So the middle of last year I made this book.

It’s all about slowing down, getting clear on what actually matters, and setting intentions that fit around real life — the messy, busy, beautiful kind.
