🎚️🎚️ Touring Control Package 🎚️🎚️

This tidy control package was put for a series of shows last month, prepped to be plug and play once on site. The rack contained all I/O, splits, wireless mics, IEMS and power distribution all pre cabled and tested by our expert team.

The control solution called for .official Q326 pulse and an SD rack loaded with 32bit cards with some transform engine magic for even more to play with.
The Dlive S7000/DM64 loaded with the amazing Ultrafx upgrade ran things on monitors also utilising the built in ME1 integration to look after certain members of the band. The control network with 5g wan and WiFi/routing also enabled immediate internet and WiFi coverage for the crew and wireless console control.

Cheltenham Jazz Festival 2025

Last week saw us look after all things audio in the Bigtop, Arena and Town Hall venues at the infamous Cheltenham Jazz festival. Pa all round, delivering seamless audience coverage and high fidelity for the varied programme.

We have had such positive feedback from visiting audio teams and the festival alike commenting on how the coverage and quality of the pa deployments far exceeded their expectations and the team were friendly, supportive and positive throughout, overcoming whatever challenges and requests that were thrown at them.

🔥🔥 New Stock Alert 🔥🔥

A big Patch welcome to the newest member of our mixing desk family, we’re pleased to add the new .official Quantum 326T/P console to hire stock. The 326 if you don’t already know, has all the power of the hugely popular q338 but in a smaller, lighter package. 24 control faders with 2 master section faders and 2 daylight viewable HD touchscreens.
We have also installed the unparalleled theatre software and the pulse extensions to make the console useful in even more situations. Ringing the processing count to 156 inputs, 72 buses, but rest assured the console can be used with or without those extensions.

We’re also excited to stock the Transform Engine to look after all the plugin processing goodness! We have adopted the Transform Suite featuring over 70 plugins, and we have also installed the SSL / Slate complete access bundle and seventh heaven reverb to give you all the tools you can tackle anything that comes your way.

And to make sure things are easy to use and deploy, we asked to make us an all in one case solution so the Fourier engine, UPS, screens and their arms all fit easily in the case. You don’t even need to remove the screen arms!

It’s all in the prep 🛒🪛🔩
Its easy to justify the cost of custom building racks for long term projects, but the time consuming process of screwing equipment in and out of racks really ‘stacks’ up when you try and apply that level of detail to short term, one day events. And we weren’t willing to sacrifice the high level of prep we are known for so….

That’s why we invested in our modular stack rack system. The equipment lives in its own wooden sleeve, and they can be stacked, tool free, into one of our sleeve cases with removable doors. A rack like this can be stacked up, cabled and tested in about 10 minutes, allowing us to fully test custom solutions in advance, even for one off shows or short term projects, ensuring the rack rolls in on site ready to rock.

So with PATCH you get the same level of detail in the prep as our long term tours, for even a 1 day event! We want it to be as easy on site as possible, allowing our engineers to spend more time servicing the show and the client, not struggling to link a series of independent pieces of kit together.
