✨ Three Circles • Three Beautiful Energies ✨

What a beautiful few days of Wise Women Circles. 🤍

Three circles, three different groups of women, and yet the same beautiful thread running through them all — connection, openness, reflection and truly amazing energy.

Each circle had its own unique magic, and I feel so grateful to have shared these spaces with you all.

Our meditation seemed to really touch something within each of you, and I loved hearing how much you enjoyed it and what you experienced during your journey inward. ✨ Sometimes it’s the quiet moments, when we allow ourselves to simply pause and listen, that the deepest messages come through.

And as we step into August and the energy of Lammas, we are reminded to pause and recognise what we have already grown, created and nurtured.

Welcome to August—a month of abundance, gratitude and gentle reflection.

As we enter Lammas, the first harvest festival, we’re invited to pause and recognise all that has grown within us. Not just what we’ve achieved, but how we’ve healed, evolved and become stronger through life’s seasons.

Just as the fields are ready for harvest, August reminds us to honour the seeds we planted earlier this year and to trust that everything unfolds in its own perfect timing.

Take a moment to ask yourself:

🌻 What am I ready to celebrate, release or nurture?

May this month bring you peace, abundance and the courage to receive all that is meant for you.

✨ Your Chakra System is the Map of Your Life ✨

Imagine your body as a beautiful apartment building, with each chakra representing a different floor.

Every floor holds its own experiences, lessons, emotions, beliefs and memories. Some floors feel light, welcoming and full of life, while others may have been neglected, locked away or filled with old energy waiting to be acknowledged.

The question is…

Which floor are you living on?

Are you surviving on the ground floor, focused on safety, security and simply getting through each day?

Are you navigating the middle floors, learning about relationships, self-worth, confidence and finding your authentic voice?

Or are you exploring the higher floors, opening your intuition, inner wisdom and spiritual connection?

The chakra system isn’t just about energy centres. It’s a map of your life journey. It gently reveals where you’ve been, where you are now, and where your soul is inviting you to grow next.

Every chakra has a story to tell. Every floor has something to teach you.

As we journey through the chakras, we aren’t trying to become someone new. We’re simply coming home to the truest version of ourselves.

✨ Two circles, one beautiful journey of growth. ✨

This week, I had the privilege of holding space for two incredible groups of women.

One group is navigating the Beginners Chakra Circle Course, discovering the foundations of the chakra system and learning how each energy centre supports our wellbeing.

The other group is exploring the Shadow of the Chakras Course, courageously looking at the hidden aspects of ourselves that are ready to be acknowledged, healed, and transformed.

🔮 Third Eye Chakra – Ajna 🔮

Together, we journeyed through the lens of the Third Eye Chakra, the centre of intuition, insight, imagination, and inner wisdom.

We explored how our perceptions shape our reality, the stories we tell ourselves, and how learning to trust our intuition can bring greater clarity, balance, and self-awareness. As we peel back the layers, we begin to see ourselves—and our lives—with new eyes.

Thank you to every woman who showed up with an open heart, a willingness to grow, and the courage to look within. Watching your journeys unfold is truly an honour. 💜

✨ Three circles. Three beautiful evenings. One incredible community of women. ✨

As the first week of July comes to a close, my heart is so full.

Over the past week I’ve had the privilege of holding three Wise Women’s Circles, and each one reminded me just how powerful it is when women come together with open hearts.

We explored the energy of July – Chapter 7 of the year – a season of ripening, abundance and preparing for the First Harvest at Lammas. Together we reflected on what we’ve grown, what we’re ready to celebrate, and what we’re ready to gently release.

Every circle is different, yet each is filled with warmth, honesty, laughter, tears, healing and connection. There is no pressure to be anything other than yourself. Just a safe space to pause, breathe, reflect and be held in the company of other women.

🌿 I’m now opening my upcoming circles to welcome a few new ladies.

If you’ve been feeling the call to find your tribe, reconnect with yourself, or simply spend an evening in a nurturing, supportive space, I’d love to welcome you.
