Bank House Fly Fishery is fishing well.
We have got through the hot spell now, and we're seeing some lovely fish coming out agian. The trout have been feeding hard on roach fry and buzzers, but dries are well worth a go too.
In the last fortnight, we have had browns out up to 16lb, plenty of spartics up to 7lbs, some beautifully coloured tigers as well as the usual rainbows & blues.
Its well worth wetting a line.

Hi all, I have have a few 15ft coulam boats and a few 17ft anglers fancy boats for sale. Going cheap and I can deliver. It doesn't look as though they'll ever be needed at Stocks. If you are interested please give me a call on 07896000939. Please share this to any interested party you may know.

As from today, 7th January, Bank House Fly Fishery is OPEN. We still have tagged fish roaming the waters and look forward to seeing (or speaking!) to you soon! We have the water circulation on and are ice free. If anglers could please ring to book ( 01524 770412) and pre-pay, as we have limited numbers and don't want to disappoint anyone. A huge thank you to the Angling Trust for all their continued hard work and to yourselves for your continued support. Please also continue to adhere to the Government guidelines for travel and social distancing. We need everyone to be sensible and keep themselves and others safe.
