Last week we popped down to St Austell, Cornwall to set up this fabulous s1 Dream T for to be used in their newly renovated catering van based in Fowey. The Dream T utilises many of the features of the s40 Seletron, but in the casing of an s1. Anexcellent solution for a portable machine for low - medium volume usage.

How do you like your eggs in the morning? It would seem i like mine soaked into a thick slice of bread, with cinnamon sugar, honey mascarpone and fresh berries....... but most importantly, washed down with a nice cup of 100 S.O.B (Burundi), Well balanced and aromatic with Sweet bright flavours of caramel and red fruit and a delicate malty finish.

With this mornings brew I've reverted back to my old ways and I'm sampling a cup of our beautiful 100 S.O.E (Ethiopian Mocha Djimma) for me it is everything that I love about African coffee, unwashed, full bodied and bags of fruit and cocoa flavour.
