Sleep tight Alfie 🌈

We wanted to share the news that unfortunately our Chief Telebone Operator Alfie crossed over the rainbow bridge yesterday. He has been our mascot and motivator since starting Reflex in 2019.

We are absolutely devastated and heartbroken but know he touched so many hearts. As a small, family business this has affected us all so please bear with us for a moment while we navigate the next steps ❤️

We're excited to share that we are in the process of moving premises from Somerset to Wiltshire as we're coming to the end of our current lease in Shepton Mallet! 📦

This move means that we will be able to better serve our customers and we thank you all for your patience during this period. We're hoping to resume business as usual from Friday onwards, but if you have any queries please contact us! 🧡
