🌸 Flowers are… so much more than just flowers. 🌸
Flowers are love, emotions, memories, comfort, happiness and sometimes the words we simply cannot say. 🤍
People often see only the finished bouquet — beautifully arranged, wrapped and ready to make someone smile. 💐
But behind every arrangement there are hours of hard work.
Being a florist is not an easy job.
It means early mornings, heavy boxes and buckets, endless cleaning, cold hands, cuts and scratches, standing for hours, carrying water, conditioning hundreds of stems, planning, ordering, creating and sometimes working late into the night. 🌿
There are days when my hands hurt, my back hurts and I'm completely exhausted… but I still want every single arrangement that leaves my hands to be perfect. ❤️
And floristry is emotional too.
One day I create flowers for a wedding, a birthday or a new baby… and the next day I may be creating a final tribute for someone’s loved one. 🤍
Every bouquet has a story.
Every flower is touched, prepared and placed with care.
So when you buy flowers from a florist, you are not only paying for the flowers.
You are paying for time, skill, experience, creativity, hard work and a little piece of our heart. 🌸
And despite how physically and emotionally demanding this job can be…
I wouldn't change it. 💐❤️
Because flowers are not just my work.
Flowers are my passion. Flowers are emotions. Flowers are memories. Flowers are LOVE. 🌸🤍

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your amazing support, your kind messages, and the many phone calls to order bouquets. It truly means the world to me, and I'm so grateful for every single one of you. 💕
Now it's finally time for me to take a well-deserved break, recharge my batteries, and give my brain a chance to reset... because I think it has officially stopped working! 😂🤣
🌴 I'm now on holiday and will be back on 24th August.

I came across this photo today of one of my early special funeral tribute creations. It's hard to believe how quickly those four years have passed.
Looking back at this design, I don't just see flowers—I see the passion, love, and care that I poured into every arrangement from the very beginning.
Creating funeral tributes has always meant so much more to me than simply arranging flowers. It is a final expression of love, respect, and remembrance for someone deeply missed.
Over the past four years, I have grown as a florist, learned so much, and had the privilege of creating hundreds of heartfelt tributes for families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

This beautiful tribute features stunning white lilies, roses, gerberas, carnations, delicate seasonal blooms, and fresh eucalyptus. The classic white colour symbolises love, peace, respect, and everlasting remembrance, creating an elegant and meaningful farewell.
Alongside the coffin top, I also created the floral letter tributes "MUM" and "NANNA", carefully handcrafted with beautiful white chrysanthemums and finished with elegant clusters of fresh flowers and eucalyptus to create a coordinated and heartfelt tribute. 🤍
