A beautiful brooch made from a single acer leaf. This leaf emerged by accident. I had dyed some fabric in too dark a red dye so the leaves did not show. I soaked the fabric in titanium oxalate and this and a number of its siblings started to emerge. Such beautiful details, I was so excited to see it coming through
