OLD SARUM CAR BOOT FINISHES
The OLD SARUM CAR BOOT Crew would like to say a huge big THANK YOU to everyone who has supported us over the past four years and it wouldn’t have got as successful as it has without you all, whether that be selling or buying.
Since the first one back on 4th September 2022, it has got bigger and better each time, with only the good old British weather stopping us seven times during the four years.
However unfortunately last Sunday (Sunday 2nd August) was the LAST EVER Car Boot Sale taking place at the Club.
The two main reasons for the decision is firstly, there is a lot of ongoing changes at Salisbury FC and these will slowly implemented over the next few months and some that have already been put into place ready for new season.
Secondly, all the crew are volunteers and most of the crew already do two / three days during the week (not counting match days) to help get the stadium ready and fix any issues etc,
However, some of the volunteers have had to also step back due to both personal and other voluntary commitments that they are involved in.
Chris, Beverley, Sandra, Trevor, John, Jim, Alex, Shawn and all the other volunteers would like to say again
