For the first time ever, Hednesford Summer Festival is introducing a darker zone running through the centre of the park! 🌑

Hosted by Darkside Markets, this brand-new area will be packed with alternative, gothic and fantasy-inspired stalls, showcasing unique makers, artists and traders. Whether you're curious or a lifelong fan of the darker side, it's a must-visit addition to this year's festival. 🖤✨

Darkside Markets are incredibly proud to be supporting Hednesford Festival this year!

Hednesford (our hometown) is where it all began. It's where Darkside Markets was nothing more than a small idea on a Saturday morning at Hednesford Market... and now, here we are, joining one of the biggest and most magical community events of the year.

Hednesford Festival has something for everyone, with a fantastic day of family fun, entertainment, and amazing local businesses. This year, we're bringing a little of our signature spooky magic along too!

🖤 You'll find Darkside Markets RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE of the festival this Saturday 8th at Hednesford Park from 11am until 4pm, with a fantastic selection of alternative traders bringing all things gothic, horror, witchy, and wonderfully weird.

Due to the unbelievable demand for Early Bird tickets yesterday (selling out in under 2 hours!), we’ve decided to release General Admission tickets a few months earlier than planned.

Once again, ticket numbers are limited — so if you want to secure your spot, be ready and get in fast.

YET AGAIN we’ve been let down by another food vendor 🤦🏻‍♀️ this seems to be a recurring theme within the food industry.

Can someone restore our faith in the catering industry and join us at our open-air event at Bishton Hall ST17 0XN on Sunday 19th July?

We’re looking for sweet treats only IDEALLY DOUGHNUTS (no savoury vendors please!) — think desserts, ice cream, doughnuts, waffles, shakes, NO CAKES we have that covered… surprise us 🍓🍨🍪

“When will Darkside Markets return?”

The wait is over.

After an unforgettable debut and an overwhelming response from visitors, traders and the alternative community, Darkside Markets will be returning to Wulfrun Shopping Centre in 2027 for THREE haunting dates.

More curious treasures.
More dark delights.
More strange and beautiful souls gathering beneath one roof.

The doors will open once more for a celebration of the gothic, alternative and unusual.
