Mischief Leathers Welcome! This is the home of Mischief Leathers! Creating custom works of art in leather. Each one individual and personal to their new owner.

Good evening folk
I have been leatherworking for a few years now, and still I look to keep improving my skills, techniques and general ability. All of the leatherwork that I do here, are handmade, custom pieces of art. I am always looking to push my boundaries, to try something new and exciting that I have not yet tried before. Always trying to find that next level. No matter what you are looking

for, I am willing to give it a try. Have a look at my photo albums over recent years, have a look at how I have improved, and if you find something you like the look of, let me know, I would love to hear from you. This is a hobby which I partake in on most Saturday’s, because of this my time is limited, however I will discuss with you suitable timescales that work for the pair of us. Prices are worked out depending on cost of materials, time taken and the difficulty/complexity of the piece. Mischief Leathers is a small hobbyist business, we may ask for half of the money in advance so as to buy back the materials in stock. Hope you enjoy looking around our page

Soft pouch pattern- i am a fan of this pattern, it is fun to do with enough space to do some lovely design work. This is a pouch for me, and has been nestled on my belt along side my previous ones

Ii have been practising with my airbrush and find it gives a lovely even coat when used right.

The design was done using light burn and put through the laser, and then enhanced with stamping, carving and dying techniques.

Pirate Hat- My latest pirate hat in mottled black. I was asked if I could laser and paint two images on the sides (more detailed photos below). I am very proud of this, using black dye, the laser, and white leather acrylic and thread to bring out the detail. I worked with Nightingale Seams who made me up a few charms to really bring the hat to life.

Another one that I wanted to keep, so I must have done something right...

It has been a long year.
I've not seriously been in my workshop since Summer 2024. A mixture of getting very busy and burnt out at work, and my workshop reaching temperatures in the winter where I couldn’t feel my fingers after about ten minutes or so of working outside.
But around the growing child, I am back for a bit of a play.
The workshop has been insulated ready for the winter, a new door put in, and everything has been cleared to hopefully make it easier for me to get outside to enjoy my hobby.
Should have a new desk on order too soon.

I am currently having a potter around, and refinding my feet in the hobby after what has been the longest break since I started.
