Kitchen & Dining Room Transformation Complete

This stunning space has been finished with Textures UK Registered Embossed “Weathered Oak” Herringbone LVT, delivering the perfect combination of natural texture, warmth, and durability.

Preparation is everything when it comes to achieving a long lasting finish. For this project, we stripped the floor back to the subfloor in preparation for a new screed, ensuring we had a solid, sound base before laying the new flooring. Taking the time to get the subfloor right is what guarantees a durable, high quality result.

The process:
✔️ Removed the old thermoplastic tiles
✔️ Primed the existing floor
✔️ Applied a smoothing compound
✔️ Ground down high spots and imperfections
✔️ Feather finished the surface
✔️ Installed the new LVT flooring

The finished result is a beautifully transformed kitchen and dining area that’s built to look great for years to come.

Having recently completed two flights of stairs and the landings for this customer, we were delighted to return today to complete their hallway.

We supplied and fitted a beautiful man-made twist carpet, along with new underlay, grippers, and door bars, giving the entrance a fresh, clean, and welcoming finish.

At the customer’s request, we finished the carpet approximately 1.5 metres from the front door. This allows them to sand and stain the original floorboards, while also creating a practical area for wiping feet and removing shoes before stepping onto the new carpet—a great idea for keeping it looking its best for years to come.

We think the finished result looks fantastic! Thank you once again for choosing us and trusting us with another part of your home.
