We were semen shopping today for our prize heifers. We’ve decided to try the AI route rather than get in a bull for just 6. Quite a surreal experience for anyone who hasn’t experienced it. The website, was not too dissimilar to the Autotrader website, but with grids of bulls instead of cars.
There were a surprising number to choose from as well.
We eventually decided on this chap (face covered for his privacy). Not just because he’s a well built, prize winning sire. It was because of his name… “Pilot” 😎
